Account Deletion Policy

Before officially starting the process to delete your account for "Undead Rush: Spell TD" you must read the entire "Undead Rush: Spell TD" Account Deletion Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), especially the provisions regarding the release, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution (which will be highlighted in bold, colored text, or other reasonable manner). You must not proceed with the deletion of your game account (hereinafter referred to as "this Account") unless you fully understand and agree to the contents of this document. If you start the process to delete your Account after being presented with this Agreement, you will be deemed to have agreed to and complied with the contents of this Agreement.

When the deletion of the Account is completed, the products and services (including but not limited to games) associated with the Account will be released, unless otherwise specified by law or this Agreement. As a result, you will no longer be able to log in to the Account and use any products and services provided by the Company in connection with the Account.

We shall not be obligated to restore or recover the Account after the deletion procedure has been completed.

In order to ensure the smooth and proper deletion process, please refrain from using your Account to play the Game or to register or log in to other games provided by the Company during the deletion grace period (see Section 1.4). If you do so, we will consider your request to delete your Account to be rejected.

1. How to delete this account

1.1 If you wish to delete your Account, you must follow the deletion procedures and operating guidelines provided on our official channels and delete your Account on the relevant function settings page.

1.2 After you complete the operations described in the preceding paragraph, our company has the right to conduct the following inspections.

(a) Determine whether your Account qualifies for deletion based on the security status of your Account and your use of the applicable Products and Services;

(b) Verify the identity of the person requesting deletion (e.g., by verifying a mobile phone authentication code, etc.) to determine whether or not the person requesting deletion is the rightful owner of the Account.

1.3 If, as a result of the review under the preceding paragraph, the Company reasonably determines based on reasonable evidence that the Account does not meet the deletion conditions under Section 2.1, that the identity cannot be verified, or that deletion of the Account is otherwise inappropriate, the Account deletion procedure will be suspended. In this case, you may follow our guidelines for follow- up operations or contact customer service for assistance.

1.4 If, as a result of the review under Section 1.2, the Company approves the deletion of the Account, the Company will provide a 15-day deletion grace period (the "Grace Period") for the Account. During the Grace Period, the Company will not delete or disable the Account Information for the time being, unless otherwise specified by law or applicable policies (Friends will be able to see your nickname and other Account Information.) Avatar , nickname and other Account Information. ).　

1.5 If, during the grace period, you log into or use your Account, or use your Account information to register or log into any other games offered by us, you will be deemed to have withdrawn your request to delete your Account.

1.6 After the grace period has ended, if you do not indicate your intention to withdraw the deletion (e.g. by logging into your Account during the grace period) and there is no other reason not to delete your Account, your Account will be deleted.

2. Conditions for Deletion of this Account

2.1 Before you request/continue your request to delete your Account, in order to protect the security of your Account and related rights, you must first verify and ensure that the Account you wish to delete meets all of the following conditions:

(a) You are a lawful owner of an Account;

(b) the Account through which you log in and use the Game Services complies with the provisions of the User Agreement and any applicable rules and regulations associated with the Account;

(c) The Account is in a secure state, there has been no secondary password, no passwordless operation or other sensitive, the Account is in a normal state of use with no risk of being blocked or stolen.

 (d) The applicable game revenues in the Account have been settled or properly disposed of. Such game revenues include, but are not limited to, monthly cards, secondary in-game currencies such as gems, in-game equipment, membership benefits, and other game revenues. Please dispose of game revenues properly. If such game revenues are not disposed of at the time of deletion, you will be deemed to have voluntarily abandoned such game revenues. After deletion is complete, you will not be able to request a refund from us for any reason.

(e) There are no outstanding orders in the Account (including, but not limited to, orders for game virtual currency, virtual equipment, peripherals, etc.).

(f) The Account has been removed from  all in-game guilds (if any ) .

(g) Your Account is linked to a password-protected email address.

(h) you will not have any disputes with respect to your Account (including, without limitation, any complaints, government or authority investigations, arbitration, litigation, etc.);

(i) The terms of the Game or other terms officially published by the Company

2.2 You understand and agree that during the period in which you are requesting Account Deletion (including the grace period), if we need to verify any relevant transactions, complaints or other matters related to your Account, or if we have any other reasonable grounds to do so, we have the right to suspend your Account Deletion request

3. Deletion of Your Account Due to Non-Use

3.1 If you have not logged into your Account for 365 consecutive days, we may delete your Account or Game Revenues. Deleted Accounts or Game Revenues cannot be restored after deletion. We will notify you 30 days before the date on which deletion of your Account or Game Revenues will take place.

4. Effect of Deletion of this Account

4.1 You understand and agree that the deletion of your Account may result in or may cause the following consequences (including, but not limited to, the following), and that these consequences shall be borne by you to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory laws. In particular, you confirm that the following matters do not constitute our liability, and agree that

(a) Upon deletion of your Account, you will no longer be able to log in to your Account and use any of the products and services provided by our Company.

(b) By deleting your Account, you will no longer be able to search for your personal information in the Game or any other products and , and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, you waive and shall not exercise your right to request the Company to search for your personal information, including but not limited to your avatar, nickname , Account data, charge and consumption records, chat records and other game-related content.

(c) Upon deletion of the Account, the Company reserves the right to delete all game revenues existing or generated at that time (including game revenues generated during the use of the Account or generated in the future), and the Customer shall be responsible for all consequences resulting from such deletion. In addition, after the deletion is completed, the Customer may not request a refund from the Company, regardless of the reason. Prior to deleting the Account, the Customer should make sure that the game revenues on the Account have been properly disposed of or that there is no problem with their deletion. The above game revenues include, but are not limited to, the following : game memberships and levels, all data related to the growth and upgrade of game characters (including but not limited to experience points, title values, reputation values, etc.), unused online game virtual currency, virtual equipment tools and other items (card coupons, tools, etc.), purchased value-added services that have not yet expired or have not been used, other game revenues that have been generated but not consumed, or expected future game revenues, etc.

(d) By deleting the Account, you will no longer be able to apply to register or log in to any products and services provided by the Company using the same registration information as the Account, such as the same mobile phone number or the same third-party SNS account. Therefore, before applying for deletion, please carefully consider and proceed with caution, and back up any content that requires a backup.

(e) Upon the deletion of your Account, all product or service contracts between you and us (including but not limited to the terms of use of our games) will be terminated (unless it is agreed that they will remain valid). The termination of such contracts will not affect any related liabilities you may have for your use of our game services before the deletion of your Account, and you will continue to bear the corresponding liabilities for your use of the game services (including but not limited to any possible breach of contract, liability for damages and performance obligations, etc.).

(f) The Account deletion procedure and other consequences that may arise from the deletion of the Account (including the suspension of the deletion procedure due to failure to meet the conditions for deletion of the Account)

4.2 We will delete or deactivate your Personal Information upon deletion of your Account. However, if your Account has been blocked and or otherwise dealt with by us for violating applicable laws andor the relevant provisions of our Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy, we may retain Personal Information related to the violation of your Account for three years after deletion of your Account, if necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and other relevant right holders. During the retention period, we will not take any measures other than storage and necessary security measures, except for the purpose of any litigation, arbitration or regulatory investigation that may arise in relation to your cancelled Account.

4.3 We shall not be obligated to restore or recover the Account after the deletion procedure has been completed.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 This Agreement is a part of the Terms of Use. Any matters not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by the Terms of Use. If the contents of this Agreement conflict with the Terms of Use , the provisions of this Agreement shall take precedence.

5.2 You understand and agree that the deletion of your Account shall not relieve you from any related liabilities that you may incur pursuant to any applicable laws, regulations, agreements, rules, etc.

5.3 The establishment and interpretation of this Agreement, as well as the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

5.4 Please first resolve any issues with the deletion process yourself. If you encounter any issues with the Account deletion process that you cannot resolve yourself or have any questions about this Agreement, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
